Topdeck Hostel is situated perfectly in the heart of old Istanbul, Sultanahmet. With exquisite views of the Marmara Sea and just minutes walking distance from all major tourist attractions such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Grand Bazaar.

We are located in Sultanahmet, just behind Akbıyık Caddesi. Due our great location all of the major tourist attractions are all within walking distance. The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Gülhane Park, Hippodrome, Basilica Cistern, Turkish Baths and Arasta Bazaar are only a 2-5 minute walk, where as the Grand and Spice Bazaar are 7-10 minutes. And to reach Eminönü ferry station for ferries to the Asian side is 15-20 minutes walking or a short tram ride.

Akbıyık Caddesi is also the perfect street for a few or even a few to many beers with friends, and is only a short stumble back to the hostel! Or if you would prefer to just simply relax and enjoy çay (tea), Türk kahvesi (Turkish coffee), nargileh (waterpipe) and meet other travellers. Taksim another nightspot favourite which is well-known for its clubbing and exciting nightlife. Is also very easily accessible from the hostel by taxi or public transport. Or for those who just want a quiet night in, at our roof top terrace café you can have çay, nargileh or just a few drinks of your own choice.

We have friendly English speaking staff here to help you with as much as they can. They can help you arrange tours around Istanbul or Turkey, International or Domestic flight tickets and train/bus tickets to several destinations throughout Europe e.g. Greece and Bulgaria (from Sirkeci).
